Our Wallets

Yes, frequently, but not always.

Depending on your contactless card, the POS-NFC machine, and the proximity of the wallet and card to the machine, will determine if contactless payments can be made with the wallet closed.

Our unique layered RFID design allows the one card stored on Side B of the wallet to frequently communicate with the point-of-sale (POS) machine with the wallet closed.

If payment is not made with the wallet in the closed position, simply open the wallet for instant payment.

1. Ensure your credit card is a contactless card.

2. Only store one contactless card in Side B. Storing more than one card in Side B can cause "card clash".

3. If payment is not made with the wallet in the closed position, simply open the wallet.

4. Some NFC-enabled point-of-sale (POS) machines don't accept contactless payments; check with the cashier, waiter, or attendant.

Yes. All our wallets are new and have been exhaustively inspected to ensure that they meet our quality standards. We do not sell second-hand or refurbished wallets.

Our wallets are made in India to exacting standards. We work directly with our factory and industrial designer, which allows us to offer our wallets at affordable prices.

Our wallets are made of the highest quality Napa leather with TÜV Certified layered RFID-blocking material.

All wallets purchased through our online store and partner sites have the official guarantee of the WI FOLD™ brand.

Our wallets are properly wrapped, protected, and packed in a high-strength, durable box. 

However, if something were to happen, please send us a photograph as soon as you receive the wallet in order for us to process the corresponding claim.

We will then send you a return label in order to send the wallet back to us and we immediately send you a new one. Transport costs are on us!

Payments on Our Site

We make paying us simple. Our site is enabled to accept the following popular credit and debit cards: AMEX, DINERS CLUB, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, and VISA.

With our affiliation to payment processing platform Stripe, we are PCI DSS compliant and comply with all international security standards so that your transaction is 100% secure.

You can also pay us through APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY, and META PAY. Simply select your e-wallet of choice in the checkout process.

Deliveries

We take care of preparing the order and delivering the wallet to the door of your home or office.

Yes, we deliver nationwide in the United States and Canada. But we also offer worldwide delivery to all countries, especially in Europe and Asia, where contactless and biometric payments are in heavy use.

We ship our orders as fast as the large retailers, always aiming to delight our customers with affordable two-day delivery within the United States and Canada. 

We work with a range of national and regional mail carriers, including: USPS, DHL, UPS, and Canada Post. The date of delivery will be reflected in the checkout process.

*International deliveries to the rest of the world may vary between 5 and 10 days, depending on the country. On the website of our international carrier (normally DHL or UPS), you can track the package's trajectory and estimate delivery date.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and, in some cases, Saturdays until 1:00 p.m. The exact time of when the delivery will be made will be confirmed after the purchase. We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the place of delivery and the quantity of wallets ordered. The cost will be shown in the order summary once the delivery address has been entered and before finalizing the purchase.

Our online store was developed so that you can enjoy the advantages that e-commerce has to offer, such as saving time, gas, and not having to wait in lines or traffic. For these reasons, all orders are delivered to your doorstep.

Orders

No, there is no minimum or maximum. Buy as few or as many wallets as you like!

If you have a discount coupon or promotional code, you can add it to your shopping cart when reviewing the total amount of your online purchase.

If the purchase was successful, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. If you do not receive the confirmation, please email us at orders@wifold.com from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. We will review the case and contact you with a solution.

Since all instructions are processed immediately, it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been completed. However, we will do everything in our power to assist you. If we are successful in stopping the delivery attempt, we will update or correct the address in order that your order arrives correctly.

After clicking "purchase" in the checkout process, the order begins to process immediately. And once the payment has been confirmed by our system, it is not possible to cancel it.
